How to make an order
Browsing and shopping
Browse the store using the links at the top of the page.
When you find something you like, select the desired size and colour and click 'add to cart'. You can then keep shopping or go straight to the checkout.
Purchasing Online Procedure
· Add item to the Basket
· Check the quantity and delivery settings
· Click on the Order button
· Fill in the details
· Click Continue
· Check the delivery address (at the top of the page) you can change this to where you want your items to be sent to.
· Confirm Details
· Click to proceed to the secure server on Paypal or SagePay
· Select your payment method
· Fill in details
· Select Make Payment
· Select Complete, once you are happy with the details you have entered
Shipping is £5 for the UK. Shipping method is courier service, unless you are in the highlands, offshore or Northern Ireland, in which case we will send via Royal Mail.
International shipping is via Royal Mail, and the charge is £8.50. Europe orders usually take between 6 – 14 working days, and rest of the world is also 6 -1 4, but can take up to 21 days.

If you are not in when your parcel is delivered, the carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.
All orders are processed through the secure payment system provided by Sage Pay.
Although we do everything in our power to ensure the content of our website is current, occasionally items may be out of stock. If any part of your order is unavailable we will email you to advice you of the situation and your card will only be debited for the available items.
We do our best to accurately represent the items in our photographs. However, we cannot guarantee colours will be as they appear on the website because monitor settings for colour, resolution etc can affect the appearance of some garments.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund upon receipt and examination. If you require a different product you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or wrong item from us.
It is imperative that each individual garment's washing instructions are adhered to exactly as stated on the care labels. We will not accept any returns that have been soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing.

* Note: when trying on items of clothing please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Item must be in the original condition as sent, i.e. tags still attached, not washed, ironed or tumble dried, dirty or the classic worn on a night out and then you decide to send it back. In particular, if you go to the cinema, don’t leave the ticket in the back pocket!!
Faulty or wrong item
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please email email@example.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Please allow 2 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed you will receive an email confirming this. After receiving the return confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. (This time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside our control). Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.
Part of order is missing
Unfortunately mistakes can be made so if you receive your order and an item is missing please email. firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and the missing item and we will investigate the matter.
If you are returning a non-faulty item to us for a refund then the cost of returning the item is yours. You are also responsible for the item until it reaches us so we would recommend, for your own protection, you use a delivery service which insures you for the value of the goods and which we sign for to confirm receipt.
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered please email email@example.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and details of the fault/mistake. We will confirm details of how to proceed with the return.
